🌿 Greeting
At our property, we value “a place created together with our guests” and “a cycle of mutual gratitude.”
To provide a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate, our staff carefully clean and maintain the facilities on a daily basis.
We kindly ask you, as a member sharing this space with others, to spend your time here with a sense of moderation, consideration, and care.

🏠 Basic Rules
The following rules apply to all guests.
To maintain a comfortable environment and good relationships with our neighbors, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
• Loud parties and drinking gatherings are prohibited.
 Quiet and calm get-togethers such as birthday celebrations are allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Please keep the volume of music, TV, and conversations low.
• Unauthorized parking is strictly prohibited. Do not park in any spaces other than the designated parking area.
• Entry of non-registered visitors is prohibited (only allowed if the “Additional Visitor Option” has been purchased and approved in advance).
• Unreported increases in the number of guests or unregistered overnight stays are prohibited. Please always contact us in advance for any changes.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire premises (including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco). This applies to the inside of the building, balconies, and all common areas.
• Please refrain from abusive language, slander, threatening behavior, and defamatory posts on social media.
• Hazardous items, fireworks, cooking with strong-smelling spices, and cooking that requires prolonged ventilation are prohibited.
• Do not change settings of equipment or digital devices (such as language settings, adding accounts, etc.).

🚭 Smoking
Our property is completely non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco.
If smoking is detected, it will be treated as a smoking violation regardless of the reason, and
you will be charged a special cleaning/ deodorizing fee and a contractual penalty (JPY 11,000 per incident) plus actual costs.

🍳 Kitchen, Cleaning, and Garbage
• After using the kitchen, please restore it to its original condition (wash dishes and cooking utensils, dispose of food waste, and separate garbage properly).
• If cleaning up is difficult, please apply in advance for the “Kitchen Cleaning Option” (paid).
• For garbage disposal during your stay, please contact the online front desk by 21:00 the day before, and place your garbage in front of your room by 10:30 the next day.
 Guests are responsible for proper sorting of garbage. If garbage is not sorted correctly, collection may be refused or additional fees may apply.
• If garbage is left in the room at check-out, we may charge an additional cleaning fee (from JPY 5,000) plus a penalty (JPY 11,000).
• If you wish to dispose of large items such as suitcases, please consult us in advance (actual disposal costs will be charged).

🧺 Laundry, Amenities, and Equipment
• Sand on clothes or towels can damage the washing machine. Please remove sand thoroughly before washing.
• Shared amenities such as detergent and aroma oils should be used in moderation. In case of excessive use, we may charge the actual cost or suspend their provision.
• Taking room equipment outside the room is prohibited (except for items specifically designated for taking out, such as Pocketalk, etc.).

📺 Use of Equipment and Digital Devices
• Please use the TV, Fire TV, Alexa, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. with the default guest settings.
• If you wish to use your own accounts, please use the “cast / screen mirroring” features. Logging in or adding accounts is prohibited.
• If any changes to settings, addition of accounts, or language changes are found after check-out, you may be charged a restoration fee.

🕓 End of Use and Check-Out Compliance
• Please strictly observe the check-out time. For cleaning and preparation for the next guests, we ask for your cooperation in leaving the room by the designated time.
• Unauthorized extensions (late check-out without approval) are prohibited. If such use is discovered, JPY 2,200 per hour will be added, and up to twice the daily room rate may be charged.
• If you wish to extend your stay, please be sure to contact the online front desk in advance. Depending on room availability, a paid extension may be possible. In that case, we may offer you a more favorable rate than the above penalty-based charges.

🌊 Emergency Response
• In case of emergency (fire, accident, theft, etc.), please first call:
 110 (Police) or 119 (Fire Department / Ambulance).
 For accidents or rescue at sea, call 118 (Japan Coast Guard).

🕓 Front Desk Hours
• Online front desk business hours: 9:30–21:00
• In principle, we do not provide service outside business hours.
 If after-hours support is unavoidably required, an after-hours handling fee or staff dispatch fee will be charged.
• Troubles such as lost keys or forgotten PIN codes should, in principle, be handled by the guest themselves.

This property is supported not only by the efforts of our staff but also by the kindness of our guests.
Water and energy saving, tidiness, and careful use of shared items—
all of these acts of “consideration for the next guest” are what enable us to keep costs down while maintaining a comfortable space.

⚠️ Response to Violations and Damages
1. If these rules are violated, or if any damage, soiling, loss, or unauthorized use of the facilities or equipment occurs,
 the property will charge the actual costs (repair, cleaning, replacement, etc.) plus a penalty fee of JPY 11,000 per case.
2. In cases deemed intentional or malicious, we may consider appropriate procedures including legal measures.
3. On the other hand, if you honestly report incidents such as “I accidentally stained something” or “I broke something,”
 we will take the circumstances into account and respond as flexibly and fairly as possible.
